  1. How far is the apartment from the ski slopes?

Our apartment is very conveniently located: about 200 metres from the ski slope. With good snow conditions, you can even ski most of the way to and from the apartment.

  1. How many people can the apartment accommodate?

The apartment is 60 m², has 2 bedrooms, and is suitable for 2 to 6 guests – ideal for families or small groups.

  1. What facilities does the apartment offer?

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, plenty of storage, a private ski room, a bike storage area, and a large terrace with mountain views. Free Wi-Fi and a covered parking space are also available.

  1. How close is the apartment to the village centre?

The village centre of Damüls is within walking distance. You can easily reach the supermarket, restaurants, the tourist office and sports shops.

  1. Which seasons are most suitable for a stay?

• Winter: Thanks to the snow-sure location of the Damüls-Mellau ski area, it’s excellent for winter sports.

• Summer: The region offers plenty of hiking and cycling routes, and you can relax on the terrace while enjoying beautiful mountain views.

  1. Are there extra benefits with the Bregenzerwald Guest Card?

Yes! In summer, the guest card allows you to use the mountain lifts free of charge. Buses are also free in both summer and winter.
